has Started sending me Obscene Text messages

I get calls from this number at all times of the day any day of the week. I am a person in poor health and all these calls are very annoying. There are times when I answer and I hear a womans' voice asking for someone. Other times there's no one on the line.

i got this number call to my HP today. very annoying. keep on calling and remain silence. is it really maxis? if is i would like to complaint to maxis then..

Caller harrassing me at my job and on my cell phone stating that a criminal case has been filed against me. I don`t have so much as a traffic violation so I know this cannot possibly hold any truth.
